Cinnamon Tea tells the story of Adrienne Whitman and Avril Whatley. Two young women that were taken from their families two years apart under eerily similar circumstances. Detective Shawn Whitman, Adrienne's father, senses that Adrienne is still alive when Avril Whatley turns up missing. Detective Whitman and Avril's immediate family (her mother, Jessie, grandmother, Annella, uncles T.C. and Jerry Lee) must work together to save their girls. The sweet aroma of cinnamon tea is prominent throughout this tale. It is so inviting, but it can also be deadly.
